Foster Care & Intensive Famly Based Non RTF
A Chance to Make a Difference
In Pennsylvania, between 13,000 and 15,000 children and youth are currently in foster care. At The Children’s Home of Easton, we offer these children the opportunity to thrive in a family-based environment that provides stability, support, and as much normalcy as possible. Our program serves children of all ages, each with unique experiences and needs.
Who Are the Kids?
The children in our care come from diverse backgrounds, but they all share one common trait: they’ve faced trauma and hardship. Some may be working through difficult family situations or emotional struggles, while others are seeking long-term stability and permanency. Whether they’re on a path to reunification with their biological families or are in need of a forever home, each child needs a safe, loving family to help them heal and grow toward their fullest potential.
Who Are the Foster Families?
Foster families come from all walks of life. Some are married couples, others are single individuals. Some own their homes, others rent. What matters most is the willingness to open your heart and home to a child in need.
In addition to traditional foster care, we also offer Intensive Family-Based Foster Care for children requiring extra support, such as those facing emotional delays, behavioral challenges, or significant trauma.
