Direct Care Live-In
The Children’s Home of Easton, a youth serving agency for over 135 years, is hiring a responsible individual to work directly with the adolescent youth in “out of home” care at the agency. The main job responsibilities are to supervise the adolescent youth and ensure that they are safe at all times and that the program is being followed as required. Teaching daily living skills, coping skills and decision making are also responsibilities of the job along with light cleaning duties.
This is a live-in position. More details to be provided during an interview. This job requires a person to be over 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license and review of driving record, ChildLife, FBI criminal check and physical examination by a licensed medical professional. Evidence of high school graduation, GED or college degree is required in order to be eligible for employment. Potential candidates are required to attend trainings for employment. Three of the trainings require testing that must be passed by the individual.
